Responsibilities: 

• Elaborate the annual Human Resources budget
• Plan and direct the “Annual Training Program” 
• Direct and manage career development for Park and Organization employees
• Analyze employee indicators, such as payroll, absenteeism, rotation, work accidents, vacation, overtime, etc. 
• Coordinate and plan internal communication at all levels

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law & Industrial Relations, Psychology
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management level in hotel & hospitality industry, FMCG industry.
• Experience in managing multiple HR functional areas
• Fluent in English both in communication & writing    
• Excellent team work, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines

Job Description:

• Responsible for Drive and generate new business development through selling KidZania Surabaya establishment
• Build strong rapport and relationship to maximize customers' satisfaction
• Close collaboration with cross functions and borders to achieve a seamless delivery of benefit partnership
• growing and managing client/customer KidZania Surabaya 
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully growing and managing client/customer database
• Conduct high level meeting, presentation and negotiate with prospective clients
• Undertake required administration tasks and working reports

Requirements:

• Associate/Bachelor Degree majoring in Graphic Design / Visual Communication Design
• Strong interpersonal & Communication skills
• Have at least 1-2 years of experience in related fields
• High proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• High proficiency in digital illustration (custom character)
• Have the ability to create motion design and animation using animation software (eg: After Effects)
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative & technical abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working in a team or individual

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) graduate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work Independently as well as in a team
• Familiarity with the education industry is an advantage
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, East Java
